Two students from Singapore International School (HK) attain 45 points in IB exams

Two students from Singapore International School (Hong Kong) scored the perfect 45 points in this year’s IB exams.

The number was fewer than last year’s five.

A total of 52 students from the school sat the exams in May and scored 38 points on average, which guaranteed a 100 percent pass rate.

Among them, 42.3 percent scored 40 points or above. The rate was less than last year’s 68.6 percent.

The students also received four university offers on average.

The offers were from prominent tertiary education institutes across the globe, including the University of Hong Kong, Tsinghua University in China, King’s College London in the U.K., and John Hopkins University in the U.S.
