1. Membership Fee Refund Policy:
The membership fee is fully refundable under the condition that the student successfully registers with an International School or University through Fresh Education within the period of their membership.

2. Refund Procedure:
To initiate the refund process, the student must send an email to info@gentle-guru.com with the subject line “Refund of Fresh Education Membership Fee.” The email should include the student’s full name, the name of the educational institution registered in, the date of registration, and the student registration / ID number.

3. Verification Process:
Upon receiving the refund request, Fresh Education will verify the provided information against our records. The refund will only be processed if the details match our records of the successful registration with an International School or University through Fresh Education.

4. Timing of Refund Request:
The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the student’s successful registration with the International School or University.

5. Refund Disbursement:
Once the provided information is verified, the refund will be processed within 2 calendar months. The reimbursement will be issued using the same payment method as the original membership fee payment.

6. Non-Transferable:
The membership fee refund is non-transferable and is applicable only to the student who initially paid the fee.

7. Cancellation of Membership:
In the event of membership cancellation or withdrawal without successful registration with an International School or University through Fresh Education, the membership fee is non-refundable.

8. Change of Registration Details:
Any changes to the registration details provided in the refund request email must be promptly communicated to Fresh Education for verification.

9. Communication Channels:
All communication regarding the refund process should be conducted through the official email address provided by Fresh Education.

10. Acceptance of Terms:
By signing up for a Fresh Education Membership, the student acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions regarding the refund of the membership fee.

These terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of Fresh Education. It is the responsibility of the student to review and stay updated on any modifications.
